Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using BrainUI Solutions. Last updated: January 2025.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BrainUI Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of Service
BrainUI Solutions provides a platform for:
- Discovering AI applications and tools
- Purchasing ready-to-launch AI startup packages
- Participating in referral and earnings programs
- Crowdfunding opportunities for AI startups
- AI education and training programs
- Custom AI development services
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Ready-to-Launch Startup Packages
By purchasing a startup package, you agree to the following:
4.1 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for providing and maintaining your own API keys for third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Payment gateway API keys (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- OpenAI or other AI provider API keys
- Email service provider API keys (Brevo, Resend, etc.)
Note: All third-party API usage costs are the sole responsibility of the user.
4.2 Ownership & Rights
- Basic Plan: Users own the deployed application and have full administrative control.
- Premium Plan: Users receive full source code ownership and administrative control.
- Lifetime Updates: Both plans include access to lifetime updates for the purchased application.
4.3 Setup Fees and Costs
- A mandatory one-time setup fee of $100 applies separately to each app deployment.
- Ongoing costs for third-party APIs (OpenAI, Stripe, etc.) are NOT included in the plan price.
- Each plan includes deployment for one AI application.
4.4 License & Use Grant
- License Grant: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided code, templates, and materials for commercial purposes
- No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the startup packages or templates to third parties
- Intellectual Property: While you own any modifications you make, the base templates remain our intellectual property
5. Referral Program Terms
Our referral program operates on a multi-level commission structure designed to reward our partners for growing the ecosystem.
- Transparency: All earnings are tracked in real-time on your dashboard.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- Payments: Minimum withdrawal is $50, processed within 10 business days.
10. Refund Policy
Our refund policy for AI startup packages is explicitly defined as follows:
100% Refund: Available if requested before any setup or configuration begins.
Partial Refund: Available within 7 days (pre-source code delivery).
No Refund: Final sales once source code is delivered or final deployment is complete.
* Note: For all refunds, transaction fees from payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
